Meet Courtney "Sheba" Minter, the owner of the Hot Potato'z food truck. Hot Potato'z specializes in gourmet stuffed potatoes, but the menu also includes soup, nachos, cookies, and drinks.

Based out of Memphis, Hot Potato'z began as a home-based business in 2017 and became a food truck in 2020. Hot Potato'z offers pick-up and delivery options for some of the BEST FOOD you have ever had. The inspiration behind my company is my passion for cooking. I'm most proud of the response I have gotten from the community when they taste our specialty items.

Hi! I'm Courtney "Sheba" Minter. I am the owner of the Hot Potato'z food truck. I am also a wife and mom who loves to cook and travel with my family. Cooking allows me to be creative and in control. With a degree in social work,I have always strived to be instrumental in my community. Through Hot Potato'z, I am able to dosomething I love, provide jobs for the community, and create wealth for my family and future family.
